Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment at checkout then fulfill the order at a future date. You can cancel a paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds. An estimated ship date will be provided at checkout. If the shipping date for a pre-order changes, we will notify you via email as soon as possible. You will receive a new shipping date. If this date no longer works for you, you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item ships. You can also modify your shipping address if needed before the new shipping date.
