Returns & Refund Policy
Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your UNRATTLED purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, return your order within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@unrattledco.com and provide your e-mail address, order number, and a brief reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Upon receipt of your approved like-new returned item(s) your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. If you send your Winglet back without the original tags attached or in poor condition (signs of hair, stains, tears or use), we can’t accept your return for safety reasons, and it will be returned at your expense. To prevent damage during shipping, please ensure the velcro straps are secured to each other and packed back in the shipping bag it came in.
Exchanges:
Once your return label and package are scanned in by USPS or FedEx, your new order will be automatically placed. You'll receive your order confirmation via e-mail for the new item(s), or a redemption code to make your new purchase if store credit was requested.
Damaged or Defective Products:
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact our customer support team promptly if you wish to cancel your order. After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed and shipped.
